These two and three-bedroom units range in size from approximately 2,100 up to almost 3,000 sq. ft. of living space. Each unit has an attached one or two-car garage, two balconies, and a walkout lower level. The exterior finishes of stone, beams and cedar are perfectly designed to complement the surrounding alpine environment. Upper levels have volume ceilings with 9 ? ft. ceilings on the main level. All units are prewired for sound systems. "Category 5" wiring is standard for all telephone lines. Extensive glass areas allow for stunning vistas of the surrounding mountains. Grohe faucets and Kohler plumbing fixtures are featured throughout. All units are designed with heavy insulation in the walls and insulated glass throughout. Multi-zoned hot water heating with an integrated hot water maker is standard. There is extensive soundproofing between and also within units. Each unit is individually fire-sprinklered. Solid wood doors, custom staircases and extensive rustic wood trim along with Emtek wrought steel hardware and designer lighting fixtures accentuate the ambiance of each unit. Units will feature extensive tile throughout. The main floor in each unit will showcase natural wood floors in great rooms and dining areas. The recessed lighting is designed to create a warm alpenglow. Lower level recreation rooms and upper level bedrooms will be carpeted for comfort and ease of maintenance. Gourmet kitchens will feature state of the art granite counter tops and backsplashes with pantries for additional storage.

Lower Level

Versatile Recreation Rooms are carpeted and have access to exterior patios and optional hot tubs. This room can be split and/or converted to an optional den/ office/ recreation or media room in most floor plans). It will be prewired for a sound system.
Tiled Entry and Foyer areas provide spacious areas to greet guests.
Deluxe Full Bathrooms feature custom tiled showers and floors with Grohe and Kohler faucets and fixtures throughout.

Custom trim features such as coffered, beamed or bead board ceilings are in many units. Great rooms are prewired for sound. Adjoining communication areas keep you in touch with the rest of the world.
Lovely Dining Areas are located adjacent to the kitchen, and with access to a second balcony they are perfect for dining "al fresco." Some have special trim features such as bead board or coffered ceilings.
Custom Kitchens feature large convenient workspaces for entertaining. Some kitchen layouts have islands and all have custom cabinetry; granite counter tops with full custom granite range back-splashing; and stainless steel custom Jenn-Air appliances with standard custom slide-in range, double door refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, custom stainless range hood, and built-in dishwasher. Most kitchens feature pantries for additional storage. Kitchens are all prewired for the house sound system.
Efficient Laundry and Mechanical areas have space for chores and also convenient access to mechanical equipment.

Grand Master Bedrooms are spacious with large window areas for panoramic views and large walk-in closets.
Stunning Master Bathrooms are all tiled with an oversize soaking tub, a large tile shower with additional body spray and bench seating. The baths feature Grohe and Kohler fixtures and faucets. All master baths can have a steamer shower and an air massage whirlpool unit as an option.
Large Additional Bedrooms have big closets with tiled bathrooms and showers with bench seating.
